Biblically-based
Our worldview is shaped by the biblical narrative. We understand ourselves and those we counsel through the Bible's story of creation, fall, redemption, and promised reconciliation.
Gospel-centered
We believe the Gospel is at the center of that story and central to navigating life's complexities. Change is rooted in our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions being conformed to the likeness of Christ.
Clinically-informed
We were perfectly and purposefully created as embodied souls. Our counsel keeps the limitations and suffering tied to our physical bodies in view. We enthusiastically partner with and refer to medical professionals helping to diagnose, or manage specific diagnosis or medications as that is outside of the scope of the work we do. We seek to learn and engage with resources that are shown to be helpful outside of the biblical counseling world.
